Eligibility Criteria
To become a participant in the Transfer Opportunity Program, you must:

• Be a U.S. citizen
• Have an academic need
• Be enrolled full-time
• Meet at least one of the following:

Your parent(s) have not received a bachelor's degree

You meet federal low income eligibility

You have a documented physical or learning disability
