River Rush Bistro is open to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 11am - 1pm.
Reservations are recommended. Please Call ahead for large groups.

The purpose of the River Rush Bistro is to (1) Educate campus on the exciting things happening in the Culinary Program; (2) Give the students a “Living Laboratory” opportunity; (3) Introduce the Culinary Arts students to the greater Douglas County, and (4) Invite the residents of greater Douglas County to UCC to see what’s happening on the campus.

The Café offers a variety of breakfast, lunch (while supplies last), beverages and snack items. Items on menu are first come, first served and limited quanities. There is also the opportunity to purchase items made daily by the Culinary Arts students.
River Rush Catering is available for all on campus events.
