It is the policy of Umpqua Community College and their Board that there will be no discrimination or harassment on the grounds of sex, race, color, marital status, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age or disability in any educational programs, activities, or employment. NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT ON THE BASIS OF SEX
Umpqua Community College complies with all applicable federal and state regulations that prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex. No student at UCC shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination in any education, program, service or activity.
Any student who believes he or she has been denied any service or benefit because of sex discrimination may follow the steps outlined in the Sex Discrimination Grievance Procedure.
