Get in shape with UCC spring fitness classes

Aerobic fitness and conditioning -- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., March 30 to June 5 in UCC’s weight room, PE 12. The fee is $75 and the CRN #45053.

The class includes stretching, aerobics and light weight lifting. Loose comfortable clothing and tennis shoes are suggested. Bring water to class. The instructor is Scott Leonard. Class begins Monday March 30. There will be no class on May 25.

Fitness boot camp -- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., May 12 to June 11 in UCC’s weight room, PE 12. The fee is $44 and the CRN #45038.

This class will focus on group cardio and resistance training in both indoor and outdoor settings, while working on team building skills and sculpting your body. Students should bring running shoes, a water bottle and strong desire for self improvement. The instructor is Scott Leonard. Class begins Tuesday, May 12.

Beginning traditional yoga – Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 to 9 a.m., March 30 to June 10 in Physical Education 14. The fee is $63 and the CRN #44774.

This class offers full body stretching and breathing exercises to exhilarate, renew and revitalize your life. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel. The instructor is Amy Stout. Class begins Monday March 30. There will be no class on May 25.
