Roseburg— Enroll in the Umpqua Community College Community Education class “Wine Tasting & Sensory Evaluation.” The workshop will run on Saturday, July 12, 9 am to 4 p.m. at Anthony’s Italian Café, 500 SE Cass Avenue, Suite 120, Roseburg. UCC invites wine enthusiasts and professionals to join wine expert and critic Conde' Cox for a one day seminar exploring the components of wine and how to identify wines by region and varietals. Impress your friends with your new skills in wine tasting, assessing wine quality, and knowledge of world wine regions and their styles.
