Roseburg — Umpqua Community College will sponsor a workshop, “Web-based Email Basics,” on Thursday, November 20, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the Computer Lab at the UCC Workforce Training Center, 2555 NE Diamond Lake Blvd., Roseburg. This workshop offers an overview of electronic mail and how it works. Learn to open a Yahoo! email account and sign in and out, send, receive, reply, forward and delete email. We will also cover how to copy and paste from and to emails, and how to add, change, and delete contacts. Sending and receiving attachments will also be covered in this class for absolute beginners.
