The Umpqua Basin Operators Section (UBOS) is pleased to be hosting the 2016 Oregon Operators Conference in beautiful Southern Oregon. Associated with the Oregon Region of the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association, our members include wastewater and water treatment operators, collection, distribution and maintenance personnel from around Douglas County, as well as local and regional DEQ representatives. 

The PNCWA has partnered with UBOS to organize an outstanding conference to network, receive quality training and education, learn about products and services in the field, and enjoy the Umpqua Valley and Seven Feathers Resort. Your 3-day registration includes a Vendor Reception Tuesday evening, Conference Dinner Wednesday evening, and breakfast and lunch on each day of the event.
